Jennifer has always been very helpful. Great asset to company. A newer employee Meeka is also very pleasant and helpful.

Super quick and easy experience. I pulled up and was just about to play with the kiosk when a friendly woman with a tablet came over. I selected the most expensive wash because my car was Filthy (notice capital "F"!) I pulled around and had a gentleman help direct me to make sure my front left tire was aligned on the track. I then put my car in neutral and was through the wash in like a minute. I figured with how quickly it sucked me in and spit me out that it would have done a poor job, but as I was taking advantage of the complimentary vacuums afterwards I was pleased with the cleanliness level. As I left I enjoyed seeing signage inviting a repeat wash if not satisfied as well as signage about staying positive and having a good day (and Lord knows in this time of war, inflation, social unrest, etc.) we all need to believe in the power of positive thinking! I'll be back!

I went for a simple car wash, but was talked into what I thought was their cheapest, one month of washes for $29.99. Shortly afterward, I received a text message from the company saying I now have a recurring monthly charge, I have to cancel 5 days prior to the renewal date, any earlier would cancel it completely and I would not get reimbursed. I navigated their site, called their customer service number and emailed them four times with no response. I drove back to the wash itself only to discover it was under maintenance and it could't be used. I had them cancel the membership and filed a dispute with my bank for reimbursement. The employee who sold it to me was deceptive for a commission and the company has poor customer service.

Update: Went to McKnight location and my membership wasn't even in their system because I bought it on the app. They want me to cancel it and spend another $40 for another one because their app doesn't work. The quality of the wash is awful. Car was dirty yet still soapy and wet when I was done. Why is this place always closed? I bought a membership and have stopped 4 times and they've been closed every time. Don't bother calling the number you cant talk to an actual person either. Skip this place and go anywhere else to get your car washed.

I wanted to go to a car wash that did not use hard bristles and I was reassured by the man I talked with that it would be fine. He was knowledgeable and I bought just a basic car wash for $12.00. I went through the car wash and when I got home.I wanted to look to make sure the back of the car was also done. And it was not. The back of my suv was filthy, dirty, full of dirt and looked horrible. I had to totally rewash the back of my suv. I know I only bought the basic car wash but when I pay to have my car washed, I expected to be washed. I am totally disappointed in this place, and will never be going back. This place is also way overpriced for all of their services. Do not go to this car wash, find another. There are other bad reviews for various things also, so read first.
